I’m a health-licensed psychologist registered with the COPC. After a decade walking with people through change, I’ve made mindfulness the ground my work stands on.

I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer presence, listening and a rigorous method. Sessions in Catalan, Spanish and English — individual or couples.

Anxiety is often a body that can’t find a pause. We work on regulation, pattern recognition and strategies grounded in mindfulness and CBT.
